🌿 This podcast is now archived, but these conversations around self-awareness and self-compassion still matter deeply.

I now continue this work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, a seasonal approach to emotional regulation, burnout recovery, and building a steady, supportive relationship with yourself. Listen here.

What is reasonable to accomplish in only three months or 13 weeks? As the end of the year approaches and panic sets in that we haven’t gotten everything done off of our lists of goals for the year, the kindest thing we can do is look back at what we DID accomplish.

Believing that there is some way to do everything on your list in such a short amount of time when it already proved rather difficult if not impossible over the last 9 months is damaging and painful. But we can reframe and reassess where we are at and where we want to go, and choose meaningful small actions that further us along without adding more stress to already stressful situations.

What is the pace or emotional flavor of the future you want to experience? If you took away the concerns or thoughts you have about what you need to do to have that, what would it be? And could you choose to experience more of that starting right now?

If this episode supported you, you may enjoy my current work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, where these ideas are explored through seasonal rhythms and deeper integration.
