🌿 This podcast is now archived, but these conversations around self-awareness and self-compassion still matter deeply.
I now continue this work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, a seasonal approach to emotional regulation, burnout recovery, and building a steady, supportive relationship with yourself. Listen here.
Did you notice that the name of the podcast changed from Full Spectrum Feeling to the Self-Awareness & Self-Compassion Podcast today? I'm super excited to usher in this new change for the podcast and get to the heart of my message.
I also want to share that sometimes it's easy to get in our heads about how hard a change might be to implement - all the ways it could be hard, or go wrong, or be misperceived. But we have control over how we think about this, and it translates into how we feel and the actions we're willing to take.
I am thrilled to say I have a plan for the 2023 season of the podcast and it's going to be so much fun! So thank you for sticking with me through the last two years and get ready for an amazing and more heartfelt deeper dive in the coming year. I appreciate you!
If this episode supported you, you may enjoy my current work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, where these ideas are explored through seasonal rhythms and deeper integration.
