🌿 This podcast is now archived, but these conversations around self-awareness and self-compassion still matter deeply.

I now continue this work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, a seasonal approach to emotional regulation, burnout recovery, and building a steady, supportive relationship with yourself. Listen here.

This time of year is about a quieter execution of goals. The exuberance of the Spring and Summer have come to an end, and while that brings with it a sense of loss and listlessness – there is something wonderful about flowing into a slower pace of being.

There is a rhythm to life, and right now it wants to slow down and allow inertia to complete your projects and to accomplish things for you. What if it is okay to pull your foot off of the acceleration pedal and allow yourself to roll towards your goals rather than racing to a finish line? What if you focus for now on nourishment and restoration?

Passing through seasons of accomplishment and recuperation allows you to flow with more ease, accept the inevitable stops and slow-downs that occur along the way, and take advantage of the times when you have a ton of energy and ability to work hard. What a relief to know that you don’t have to work hard or push to the height of your abilities all the time!

If this episode supported you, you may enjoy my current work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, where these ideas are explored through seasonal rhythms and deeper integration.
