The winter season calls us to slow down and relax, to recuperate from the hard work of the previous year, and to dream for a while before the activity of the Spring. Yet most of us are panicky in this season worrying over what we haven’t yet accomplished and comparing ourselves to a standard that is unobtainable.
It is a good time to listen to your body, allow yourself a break, recalibrate and recenter yourself and give yourself all the nurturing, love, and kindness you crave. You will become capable of so much more from that space of being nurtured! And that, too, will manifest in its season.Support the show
