🌿 This podcast is now archived, but these conversations around self-awareness and self-compassion still matter deeply.

I now continue this work on Anchored & Alive with Blaze, a seasonal approach to emotional regulation, burnout recovery, and building a steady, supportive relationship with yourself. Listen here.

I find that identifying where I am seasonally in the arc of a year really helps me to feel more present and focus on the activities and thoughts that are the most effective for that time.

The end of the autumn and beginning of the winter is a season of dreaming, planning, and getting myself inspired for the coming year. It's a time of slowing down the frantic harvesting and production of the fall, and to allow myself time to really consider how I want to create my next leaps forward next year.

Personally, I want the coming year to be about embracing contentment - to feel that I am enough in all that I do, whether it's in my business, my health journey, or my relationships. And I also want to balance that with curiosity for how much I can accomplish while staying in that belief. Not over-working, not proving to myself anything - but embracing a peace that feels comfortable and sustainable as I continue to strive towards my goals and complete them.
