Black Friday has me feeling all the feels. I end up stressed about the sheer amount of sales emails in my inbox from every store I've ever visited once, and even though I know they are pushing me to buy, I still can end up feeling worried that I might miss out on a great deal if I don't take them up on their offers.
But, I also had one company try something different that really resonated with me, which was the concept of a giveaway. It's amazing how much that shift in the spirit of the offer changed how I felt - not only about their offer and product, but about how I prefer to do business.
